Services engagements
Custom development, consulting, and implementation are delivered under written agreements that define scope, fees, timelines, and acceptance criteria. This website does not sell SaaS subscriptions and does not process product billing (including Paddle or similar checkout for software seats).
Product software
The ArQonnect software platform is offered at arqonnect.io under separate product terms. References on this site to the platform are for orientation only.
Intellectual property
Site copy, branding, and layout are owned by ArQonnect Cloudunless otherwise noted. Client deliverables are assigned as specified in each statement of work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this informational site. Liability for paid services is capped as stated in the governing statement of work.
Governing law
These site terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with abdulrehman@arqonnect.io.
